We hardly need to tell you what oils and lubricants are, but what a lot of people fail to understand is that, with their highly effective additives, new and modern lubricants can be used in old vehicles only in the rarest of cases or indeed not at all. In fact, they can quickly attack O-rings and metal alloys and – thanks to their cleansing properties – release deposits that will clog your pipes. And that spells the end for the engine. You should bear this in mind when choosing lubricants and oils, and err on the side of caution; the technology used in older vehicles requires appropriate oil and lubricant products, and these you can find from us.
